Polaroid Land 250
Feb 17th, 2007: This is my Polaroid Land 250 Instant camera. I bought it on eBay for $41. This
should be fun to play around with. I have enjoyed shooting large format Polaroid, but
carrying a large format camera can be a burden. This camera is a nice size, and collapses
easily. While the picture aren't quite large format, they are close enough to play
with.
I'm dissapointed that Polaroid has discontinued 665 P/N pack film production,
but there are still print only pack films available for this camera.
I managed to get a couple packs of 665, but they expire in another 3 months so I
don't want to buy too many. There is obviously still some demand for this film
as it is selling at quite a premium.
Finding a battery for the camera wasn't too hard, a quick web search turned up a
few sources, and in the end I ordered a couple from an eBay store. In the
U.S. you can still get them special order from Radio Shack.
